- Fruits and Vegetables (Juice them 1-2 times per day)
- Poultry, Eggs, Fish
- Beans - All kinds
- Unsalted Nuts - Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Peanuts, etc.
- Olive Oil, Vegetable Oils
- 1 Alcoholic Beverage per day (if middle-aged)
- 1 Multivitamin per day, w/ optional supplements
- Plenty of water
- Keep dairy products to a minimum
Mr. Healthy avoids the following:
- Fast Food
- Saturated Fat
- The burned parts of grilled food
- Dairy (keep it low)
- Salt
- Red Meat
- White Flour (Bread, Rice, Pasta)
- Potatoes (unless after a workout)
- Soda
- Chips
- Sugar (Sugary fruit juice, candy, pastry)
