Mr. Healthy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Here's a healthy chicken sandwich with some kick. It's very simple and takes only about 5 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Lean Ground Chicken
- 100% Whole Wheat Buns
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Pepperoncinis
- George Foreman Grill (recommended)

Put the ground chicken on your Foreman Grill, or a frying pan if you don't have one. I prefer to use the George Foreman Grill, since it eliminates most of the fat.

Put the buns on top of the burner so they can get warm and toasty. If you don't have 100% whole wheat or whole grain, you might as well cancel the entire meal because this is supposed to be a lean recipe.

When the meat is cooked, put it on the bun and the ketchup, mustard, and pepperoncinis.

Why this is a healthy meal Chicken is more lean than beef, and still high in protein. By using the foreman grill, you eliminate even more fat from the meat. The whole grains also digest slowly which is good for keeping you slim.
There is no mayonnaise, cheese, salt, or unnecessary fat - just delicious, spicy flavor.
